Do you provide the alcohol?

No. Clients purchase and supply their own alcohol. This keeps costs lower and lets you choose exactly what you want served. We provide the bar trailer, TIP-certified bartender(s), ice, mixers, cups, and service.

Are you TIP certified?

Yes. All bartenders are TIP certified and trained for safe and responsible service at weddings, private events, and corporate gatherings.

Can we book the photo booth without the bar?

Yes. The photo booth is available as a stand-alone rental for weddings, birthdays, grads, showers, reunions, and corporate events. It can also be bundled with the bar as a combo package.

Do venues allow client-supplied alcohol?

Most private event venues in Kansas and Missouri do allow client-supplied alcohol. Policies vary by venue, so we recommend confirming during booking. We’re happy to coordinate with venues directly if needed.

How far in advance should we book?

Weddings typically book 6–12 months in advance. Private parties and corporate events book 1–4 months out. Peak weekends and holiday dates fill fastest, so early booking is recommended.
