No, but we help you calculate how much to buy and coordinate with your vendors or bartenders.

We serve from Kansas City to Manhattan, including Leavenworth, Douglas, Riley, Wyandotte, and surrounding counties.

Can I book without bartending services?

Yes, we offer both DIY rentals and full-service experiences.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 50% deposit is due at booking to reserve your date.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, a refundable $200 deposit covers potential damages.

Can I customize the décor or signage?

Absolutely! Ask us about custom signage, menus, or floral upgrades.

Do you offer indoor/outdoor setups?

Yes. We’re weather-friendly and include optional umbrella shading and generators for off-grid events.

Do I need to tip the bartender?

Tipping is appreciated but not required. A minimum $150 gratuity is recommended per bartender and can be included in your invoice. You can choose to host a tip jar, pre-pay gratuity, or tip your bartender directly after the event.

Can I decorate the trailer myself?

Yes! We welcome your creativity. You're welcome to decorate the trailer exterior and serving area to match your event. We just ask that you avoid using anything that could damage the finish (like nails or permanent adhesives).
