Do you provide the alcohol?

No. Clients purchase and supply their own alcohol.
This keeps costs lower and allows you to choose exactly what is served. We provide the mobile bar trailer, TIP-certified bartender(s), ice, mixers, cups, napkins, and full bar service. We also provide quantity guidance and a shopping list.

Are your bartenders TIP certified?

Yes. All bartenders are TIP certified and trained for safe, responsible service at weddings, private events, and corporate gatherings.

How many bartenders are included?

All bar packages include one TIP-certified bartender.

Staffing is based on guest count to ensure smooth service and minimal lines.

Recommended staffing:

  • Up to 75 guests — 1 bartender

  • 75–150 guests — 2 bartenders

  • 150+ guests — 3 bartenders

Additional bartenders may be required for larger events.

Is there an extra charge for additional bartenders?

Yes.
Additional bartender: $200 per event

We’ll review your guest count and recommend appropriate staffing before sending your proposal.

Can we book the photo booth without the bar?

Yes. The photo booth is available as a stand-alone rental for weddings, birthdays, graduations, showers, reunions, and corporate events. It can also be bundled with the bar as a combo package.

Does the photo booth include printed photos?

No. Standard photo booth rentals are digital-only. Guests receive their photos instantly via text or QR code.

Can we add printed photos?

Yes. On-site printing is available as an upgrade.

Print size and layout are confirmed prior to your event.

Do venues allow client-supplied alcohol?

Most private event venues in Kansas and Missouri do allow client-supplied alcohol. Policies vary, so we recommend confirming with your venue. We’re happy to coordinate directly with them if needed.

How far do you travel?

Pricing includes travel within 25 miles of Tonganoxie or St. Marys, KS.

For events beyond 25 miles:

  • Standard mileage fee: $1.00 per mile (round trip)

Any travel fees are confirmed in advance. No surprises.

How far in advance should we book?

  • Weddings: 6–12 months in advance

  • Private parties & corporate events: 1–4 months out

Peak weekends and holiday dates fill quickly, so early booking is recommended.
